Hisense XR10 pre-orders open with6,000 ANSI lumens and a premium design
Hisense has officially opened pre-orders for the new XR10, a high-brightness 4K triple-laser smart projector positioned above the company’s recent lifestyle-focused models. After showing up around CES 2026, the XR10 looks like one of Hisense’s most serious premium long-throw home theater launches to date.
In the US, the XR10 is currently listed at $5,299.99 as a pre-order offer, below its stated $6,999.99 retail price. Early buyers also appear to be getting a launch bundle that adds extra value beyond the projector itself.
On paper, the XR10’s biggest headline feature is brightness. Hisense rates it at up to 6,000 ANSI lumens, which should make it far more flexible than a traditional light-controlled theater-only projector. The official product page also highlights a 7-level iris system rated for up to 6,000:1 contrast, a 17-element all-glass lens system, and 118% BT.2020 color coverage (!). HDR support includes Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG.

Cooling is another part of the XR10 story. Hisense says the projector uses a liquid-cooling design intended to keep output and image stability more consistent over long sessions. That matters more on a very bright RGB laser projector, where thermal management can influence both performance and long-term reliability.
The XR10 also looks more installation-friendly than a typical premium bright projector. Hisense lists support for very large image sizes, optical zoom capability, and lens adjustment tools aimed at making setup more flexible in real-world rooms where ideal placement is not always possible.
In short, the XR10 looks like Hisense’s attempt to combine the brand’s RGB laser expertise with a more installation-friendly, high-output projector format. If the real-world performance matches the spec sheet, this could become one of the more important premium projector releases of 2026.
